Rhodamine WT 2.5% Solution for Total Algae Calibration
2.5% Rhodamine WT concentrate for preparing calibration standards for YSI Total Algae sensors. The concentrate is diluted with deionised or distilled water to produce the required standards for calibration of the Chlorophyll, Phycocyanin and Phycoerythrin channels.
Used for preparing a 125 mg/L working solution from the 2.5% concentrate. This working solution is then used to prepare the 625 µg/L standard for Chlorophyll and Phycocyanin calibration and the 25 µg/L standard for Phycoerythrin calibration.

Important: The Rhodamine WT concentrate is not a ready-to-use calibration standard. It must be accurately diluted using suitable laboratory equipment to prepare the required calibration solutions. The accuracy of the standard preparation therefore directly affects the accuracy of the sensor calibration.
