Groundwater Sampling Bailers

Bailers are designed for use in monitoring wells, boreholes, and other locations to purge and collect groundwater samples. Sampling bailers are easy to use; a cord/rope is attached to the top, the bailer lowered to the required purge/sample depth and then retrieved.

We offer sampling bailers in various materials (stainless steel, HDPE and PVC) and dimensions to suit your sampling requirements. Our material selection recommendations are as follows;

• Stainless steel (316) - reusable bailers suitable for use in corrosive environments. Available in Ø21mm and Ø42mm
• HDPE - Our standard bailer. Durable and robust. Available in Ø19mm and Ø38mm
• PVC - PVC bailers are almost transparent enabling improved visual inspection of the sampled water profile. Available in Ø38mm

HDPE and PVC bailers are supplied in cases of 24. Stainless steel bailers are supplied as single units.
